Service Description
Experience a more personalised session with a 1:1 walk at a local park, reserve, or off-leash area. Walks take place Monday - Friday and will typically take 45 minutes while also providing behavioural guidance like leash-skills, recall and impulse control to reinforce dog safety, on & off-leash. Your dog will be out for 1-1.5 hours - including transportation and a quick wipe down! This can include a dog-sibling from the same household and receive 20% discount per walk. My aim is to provide a fun, safe & engaging experience to enhance their daily wellbeing. ~*~*~*~
Oma Cancellation Policy
So I know life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your dog walking appointments. While I encourage you to cancel or reschedule a minimum of 24 hours in advance, I understand that your dog(s) may become unwell overnight and make it difficult to cancel their next adventure in a timely manner. I have implemented shared liability whereby cancellations on the day [prior to your dog(s) scheduled walk], will impose a 50% flat fee and a 50% credit to your account. You will be charged the full rate if you fail to cancel your dog’s scheduled walk. This helps me compensate for the lost opportunity and enable me to continue providing canine adventures.
