Service Description
Canine Adventures take place at various spots across the greater Auckland area ranging from bush, beach and parks keeping things novel & interesting. Walks take place Monday - Friday and will typically take 90 minutes, so your dog will be out for 2.5 - 3 hours in duration - including transportation and a brisk wipe down! This can include a dog-sibling from the same household and receives a 20% discount, per walk. Each dog is assessed then carefully integrated into one of two packs to ensure a balanced group dynamic: SQUAD ONE: Epic Endeavours - for dogs that enjoy a more upbeat, canine adventure! SQUAD TWO: A pack walk for dogs that require a more leisurely pace - think squishface shenanigans, vintage voyagers, pups needing more time to develop and any dog needing time to heal after surgery. I continuously provide behavioural guidance like leash-skills, recall and impulse control to enable me to walk your dog safely on & off-leash. My aim is to provide a safe, engaging experience to enhance your dog's daily wellbeing. ~*~*~*~
Oma Cancellation Policy
So I know life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your dog walking appointments. While I encourage you to cancel or reschedule a minimum of 24 hours in advance, I understand that your dog(s) may become unwell overnight and make it difficult to cancel their next adventure in a timely manner. I have implemented shared liability whereby cancellations on the day [prior to your dog(s) scheduled walk], will impose a 50% flat fee and a 50% credit to your account. You will be charged the full rate if you fail to cancel your dog’s scheduled walk. This helps me compensate for the lost opportunity and enable me to continue providing canine adventures.
