Service Description
My meet & greet and induction process is all about initiating a safe and positive rapport with your dog. 2/ The induction: When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll ask you to review my terms and conditions and complete the key forms. These provide me all the impawtant information like your contact details, emergency contacts & info’ about your dog to help me gain a deeper understanding about their specific needs including any medical considerations, behavioural traits or nuances. Then we embark on our two 45 minute assessment walks. I’m excited to collaborate with you to ensure your dog has a great experience! ~*~*~*~
Oma Cancellation Policy
So I know life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your dog walking appointments. While I encourage you to cancel or reschedule a minimum of 24 hours in advance, I understand that your dog(s) may become unwell overnight and make it difficult to cancel their next adventure in a timely manner. I have implemented shared liability whereby cancellations on the day [prior to your dog(s) scheduled walk], will impose a 50% flat fee and a 50% credit to your account. You will be charged the full rate if you fail to cancel your dog’s scheduled walk. This helps me compensate for the lost opportunity and enable me to continue providing canine adventures.
