Service Description
My meet & greet and induction process is all about initiating a safe and positive rapport with your dog. 1/ The meet & greet: this is generally our first formal face-to-face meeting. We can meet at a convenient location—typically scheduled for a weekday or early Saturday morning. This gives your dog a chance to get to know me while I observe them in their environment, how they interact with people & other dogs and it’s the perfect time for us to chat about their walking needs.
Oma Cancellation Policy
So I know life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your dog walking appointments. While I encourage you to cancel or reschedule a minimum of 24 hours in advance, I understand that your dog(s) may become unwell overnight and make it difficult to cancel their next adventure in a timely manner. I have implemented shared liability whereby cancellations on the day [prior to your dog(s) scheduled walk], will impose a 50% flat fee and a 50% credit to your account. You will be charged the full rate if you fail to cancel your dog’s scheduled walk. This helps me compensate for the lost opportunity and enable me to continue providing canine adventures.
